I thought this was a fascinating article on an experiment the Denver Post is doing.
Localized news. Wonder if it will hit the fiction industry? Imagine having the latest story by your favorite author - be it short story or novel - automatically print out. Or the PDF automatically download to your computer. Or Kindle. Or whatever.
As the publishing industry moves into whatever the next "thing" is going to be - and I don't believe it will involve the death of print - I think some method of delivering individualized stories or information will be part of the equation.
